Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in the Ft Bliss, Texas area. This mechanic needs to have experience working with Abrams tanks specifically. The Mechanic will need to have experience as an Abrams maintenance mechanic. They will need to be familiar with the modification and maintenance tasks on the variations of the Abrams tanks and other tracked/wheeled vehicles. The Mechanic will provide input to program planning, schedules, and maintenance techniques for the Abrams Fleet Vehicles and other tracked/wheeled vehicles. Additionally they will identify technical problems and assist field service representatives in performing maintenance and perform other duties as assigned by leadership responsible for maintenance. Compensation: $20/hr to $23/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
