**Description** The heat treat process begins after the screws are manufactured in the manufacturing building. The screws are moved from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building to be processed. The candidate will be taking bolts that are 12-18 inches long and placing them within a metal rack individually so when the rack goes into the heat treat furnace, they are able to get coated properly. The candidate will be required to stand on their feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
