The Hospitality Event Action Team plays a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by fulfilling and assisting in positions within our food & beverage department to deliver timely, efficient and professional service. This position is offered in partnership with Texas A&M – Hospitality, Management and Tourism Program, providing students and professionals with hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical skills, learn operational best practices, and build a foundation for a successful career in hospitality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Greet guests warmly and assist them throughout their experience

· Assit with ensuring smooth service between the kitchen and dining areas

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas, including tables and server stations

· Pre-bus and sanitize tables promptly and efficiently

· Setup and breakdown for events, including arranging tables, silverware, napkins, centerpieces and beverage stations.

· Serve food and beverages during functions; clear tables and return items to kitchen

· Prepare condiments, brew coffee, and ensure workstations are stocked

· Provide accurate property and restaurant information to guests

· Respond quickly and professionally for any service mishaps

· Restock supplies and assist with dry storage organization

· Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen and bar staff to maintain an effective work environment

· Additional tasks as assigned
