START ASAP!!** **PAY- 18$/h, Location - Spokane Valley, WA** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Production Worker for our day shift in the paint department, working from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role involves managing the entire flow of the paint line, requiring speed, consistency, and the ability to lift heavy objects throughout the day. The position offers on-site training, and the ideal candidate will be able to focus, work quickly, and take directions well. Responsibilities + Control the flow of the paint line with speed and consistency. + Operate the paint oven and use the pushing trolley effectively. + Lift heavy objects regularly throughout the day. + Work efficiently in a team, taking and following directions accurately. Essential Skills + Experience in production, assembly, general production, and packaging. + Familiarity with inspection and manufacturing processes. + Ability to use hand tools such as drills, scrapers, paint brushes, paint sprayers, and barcode readers. + Ability to lift between 30-40 pounds regularly. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior manufacturing experience is ideal. + Comfortable working with fiber casting, which can be itchy. + Attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks. + Ability to work in environments where getting dirty and working in heat is necessary. The shop can become very hot and humid, being 15-20 degrees hotter inside than outside, reaching up to 105 degrees in the summer and maintaining around 70 degrees in the winter.
