Purpose

As a Healthcare System Partner at Roche, you will represent Roche locally and foster trusted partnerships with key system-level healthcare stakeholders. You will co-create and implement solutions that address evolving healthcare needs, indirectly improving outcomes for thousands of patients. Accountable for shaping the healthcare system, you will drive faster, more sustainable, and patient-centered improvements, bringing strategic insight and innovation to the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Systems Partner, you will:

Partner with key system-level healthcare stakeholders to drive system innovation and create sustainable value for patients, the healthcare system, and societyAct as a trusted partner and primary point of contact between external stakeholders and Roche, building strong, long-term relationshipsIdentify, map, and actively manage ecosystem stakeholders while contributing to ecosystem planning and executionBring external insights into Roche to help shape strategy, while sharing Roche’s expertise, science, and knowledge across the ecosystemTranslate stakeholder and community needs into actionable internal priorities, securing resources and driving solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications

You have a university degree in medical field (preferably Medicine and Pharmacy);You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry;You have deep understanding of healthcare systems, stakeholders, processes, and governanceYou have strong stakeholder engagement, partnership, and account management capabilitiesYou have enterprise mindset with the ability to think beyond boundaries and act for the broader Roche network;You have the ability to shape and embed strategies that accelerate patient access and system valueYou have entrepreneurial and growth mindset and you are comfortable with experimentation, learning agility, and continuous knowledge sharingYou are self-directed and proactive, with a collaborative and altruistic approach to teamwork;You have good communication skillsYou write and speak English fluentlyYou are open-minded, visionary, impact-driven and dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development
