Wellness Navigator – Santa Barbara

We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and bilingual Wellness Navigator to join our supportive, patient‑focused clinic in Santa Barbara. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, enjoys meaningful patient interaction, and thrives in a team‑oriented environment.

About the Role

As a Wellness Navigator, you’ll help patients understand their care plans, connect them with community resources, and feel supported throughout their healthcare journey. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for patients, so strong customer service skills and a warm, welcoming personality are essential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
