The Talent Sourcing Specialist assists the Recruitment Team in identifying top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. They are skilled in utilizing various sourcing methods and platforms to identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates for open positions.

Responsibilities Review and evaluate candidate profiles to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles. Conduct telephone screening with them as required.Organizes and attends internal and external job fairs and serves as a brand ambassador, effectively representing the organization's values, culture, and opportunities to potential hires.Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand job requirements.Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their organization and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for various positions.Conducting proactive candidate searches and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsDrafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responsesIndependently research new and tending practices in the industryReaching out to target talent via social networksDesigning & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns, driving applications and engagementAnalyzing sourcing data and metrics to optimize processesManaging applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate candidate dataCollaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sourcing needs and providing regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and outcomes to stakeholdersServes as backup to the onboarding team with onboarding candidates and front desk coverage as needed. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience working in customer service Experience working in Human Resources preferred Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred Ability to assess and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements, company culture, and valuesAble to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to lead, guide and motivate others.Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to interface in a professional manner with all levels of management. Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and able to learn new applications rapidly.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. 

An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
