Job Title: Recruiter II Job Description This role involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting pre-orientation for new employees. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in recruiting for specialized positions. Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field is essential, along with extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The role may involve leading and directing the work of others and demands creativity and latitude. Responsibilities + Conduct interviews and screen potential candidates. + Check references and make offers to prospective employees. + Perform pre-orientation for new hires. + Plan and accomplish recruitment goals using extensive experience and judgment. + Lead and direct the work of other recruitment team members. + Coordinate with managers or department heads regarding recruitment needs. Essential Skills + 5-8 years of experience in recruiting for specialized positions. + Strong familiarity with Greenhouse ATS. + Healthcare or tech company background preferred. + High attention to detail in processes and steps with Clinician candidates. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Attention to detail. + Strong organizational skills. + Administrative skills. + Leadership principles such as ownership and delivering results. Work Environment The work environment includes multiple locations across the United States, including Nashville, TN, Seattle, WA, Santa Clara, CA, and Arlington, VA. The position requires working in a collaborative and dynamic setting, potentially within shared office spaces such as WeWork. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
