Job Title: Recruiter II Job Description The Recruiter II is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting pre-orientation for new employees. The role may require a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in recruiting for specialized healthcare positions (Pharmacy, Doctors, RNs, MAs). The ideal candidate is familiar with a variety of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures, and will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, and the Recruiter II may lead and direct the work of others. Responsibilities + Conduct recruitment activities including interviews and reference checks. + Make offers and conduct pre-orientation for new employees. + Plan and accomplish recruitment goals using extensive experience and judgment. + Lead and direct the work of others as needed. + Ensure attention to detail in processes and steps for clinician candidates. Essential Skills + 5-8 years of experience in specialized recruiting. + Familiarity with healthcare or tech company. + Experience with Greenhouse ATS. + Strong attention to detail. + Strong organizational skills. + Administrative skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in healthcare recruiting. + Experience in non-technical recruiting. + Full lifecycle executive recruiting experience. Work Environment The role is based in various locations, including Nashville, TN; Seattle, WA; Santa Clara, CA; and Arlington, VA. The work environment involves working within a team that values ownership and delivering results. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Clara, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
