The Insights Management Manager will focus on Technical Strategy and Delivery and will serve in an instrumental role building and delivering on Huron’s Insights as a Service offering. Within this role, the individual will support the creation of state-of-the-art solutions that advance the analytics and AI roadmap for one or more healthcare consulting capabilities. In the role, the consultant will lead cross-disciplinary teams around engineering, data science, and generative AI applications. The role must be hands-on in designing and experimenting with new technologies, as well as possess strong project and stakeholder management skills. This position reports directly to the Insights Management Senior Director. **As the Insights Management Manager, you will:** + Design and implement state-of-the-art data processes for one or more healthcare capabilities + Manage roadmap and executive report outs to consulting leadership + Shape creation of new analytics-based offerings in market in partnership with consulting leadership + Manage cross-disciplinary resources across data engineering, application engineering, data science, and AI-related engineering groups, building repeatable and differentiated analytics offerings + Lead the build-out of diverse technical assets and proprietary methodologies that enhance the firm's consulting capabilities. + Drive innovation by generating ideas for data science applications,advanced analytics, and interactive dashboards tailored to healthcare challenges. + Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with modern architectural standards. + Translate broad business requirements into specific technical roadmaps for solution development. + Identify areas of opportunities, levers, and actionable strategies to address. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $161,000 - $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
