Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA (2-3 days on site per week required)

Salary: 120-130K

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and source-to-target mappings.Perform advanced SQL-based data analysis and profiling.Validate payer data sets, including claims, membership, provider, and clinical data.Collaborate with engineering teams Apply in-depth understanding of ETL processes from a business systems perspective.Partner with data governance and business teams to resolve data quality issues.Participate in estimation efforts and define scope for IS team deliverables.Lead change management activities and resolve competing business needs effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in business/data analysis and process optimization.Experience with with Azure Databricks Strong SQL expertise Solid understanding of data governance, and data quality frameworks.5+ years in the healthcare industry Experience with EDI transactions and care management data standards.Familiarity with BI toolsKnowledge of governance platforms
