Healthcare Compliance & Risk Specialist - On Site
Job Descriptions: The Compliance Specialist is embedded in day-to-day clinic operations, supporting regulatory requirements, staff education, audits, and continuous compliance improvement across medical services. Hourly Rate: $34.05 - $39.82 full time annual salary. Benefit Highlights: + Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. + 17 Vacation Days, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Days Sick Leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) + Retirement Plan with 6% match + CME allowance Duties: + Support regulatory compliance and risk mitigation efforts + Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for leadership + Collaborate with departments to improve processes and accountability Required Experience: Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. + Three (3) years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, or quality improvement. + Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, HRSA, 340B, and AAAHC. + Demonstrated experience assisting with or conducting audits, risk assessments, or policy reviews. + Skilled in building collaborative relationships and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to learn new software systems quickly. + Current and in good standing: CDL, vehicle insurance and DMV report.
