As a Healthcare, Higher Education and Non-Profit (HHN) Relationship Executive, you will drive business development efforts to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with HHN clients with annual revenue sizes ranging from $50 million to $150 million. This role will include managing a team of Commercial Middle Market Bankers. You will partner closely with credit underwriting, treasury sales, client service, administrative assistants, and other functional areas inside and outside of the Commercial Bank to deliver products and solutions to clients. In this role, you will be expected to maintain a portfolio of your own as well. As part of the regional coverage, travel to clients may include approximately 25% of your schedule.

Typically a minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationshipsUnderstanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the regionAbility to mobilize internal networks and resourcesDemonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributorExperience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading or managing a commercial lending sales teamSales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communications skills; able to communicate clearly and conciselyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferredStrong technology experience; digital background preferredExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partnersSelf-directed, proactive, and creative solution and problem-solving abilities; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things doneFlexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
