🚧 Safety & Health Advisor – Be the Change That Keeps People Safe

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a proactive safety culture across multiple locations. You’ll collaborate with leaders and frontline employees to build systems that go beyond compliance—systems that protect, educate, and evolve with the needs of our people.


What You’ll Do:Lead with purpose: Deliver engaging safety training for new hires and seasoned staff, making safety second nature.Bridge communication: Translate materials and provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to ensure every voice is heard and understood.Coach accountability: Empower leadership to own safety outcomes through root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.Be present: Spend 40–50% of your time on the production floor—observing, coaching, and identifying opportunities for safer practices.Innovate and improve: Develop and refine safety programs that reflect real-world needs and inspire participation.Partner for impact: Work closely with the Plant Manager and department leads to align safety goals with operational success.What You Bring:4+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingProven success implementing safety programs—not just writing themStrong facilitation and training skills across all levels of an organizationBilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)Cal/OSHA 30 certification preferredA college degree is appreciated but not required—experience speaks volumesA track record of adaptability, influence, and working effectively in challenging environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
