About the Role
As the Health Responsible Person, you will lead employee health and wellbeing initiatives while ensuring compliance with Korean occupational health standards. You will bring specialized expertise in health management and partner with HR and the Senior Safety Specialist to promote a healthy, safe, and sustainable workplace
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement health and wellbeing strategies for employees. Ensure compliance with Korean occupational health laws and company policies. Conduct regular health risk assessments and monitor health-related KPIs. Design wellbeing programs beyond compliance (mental health, ergonomics, stress management). Act as a trusted advisor for managers on health-related issues and preventive actions. Lead campaigns to raise awareness of mental health and healthy lifestyles. Partner with external healthcare providers, clinics, and authorities. Collaborate with HR and Safety teams to integrate health into daily operations. 자격 요건 Specialized expertise in occupational health management Strong understanding of workplace health compliance in Korea. Experience in designing and implementing employee health/wellbeing programs. Ability to advise leaders and coach managers on sensitive health issues.
