Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Health Data Analyst to join their team. As a Health Data Analyst, you will be part of the analytics department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Health Data Analyst
**Location:** Meridian, ID
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform research and analysis of complex data regarding business decision-making, network utilization, and cost containment information.
+ Evaluate, write, and present utilization and cost containment reports, making recommendations based on findings.
+ Access data warehouse and data marts to produce and develop relevant data and reports to support revenue and payment systems.
+ Collaborate with business functional subject matter experts to validate findings and provide insights and recommendations.
+ Identify variations and outliers in healthcare costs and services, participating in identifying and implementing solutions.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2 years of experience in data analysis.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
+ Ability to analyze business systems data and fulfill information requests.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
