We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced **Registered Dietitian** to play a vital role in improving health outcomes for diverse patient populations. In this role, you’ll blend clinical expertise with compassionate coaching to develop personalized nutrition plans, deliver impactful education, and support clients in achieving their health goals. **What You’ll Do:** + Analyze behavioral health records to create tailored nutrition plans. + Provide one-on-one coaching and group education to promote sustainable lifestyle changes. + Monitor food intake and assess dietary quality to ensure optimal nutrition. + Collaborate with internal teams to align care strategies and share insights on health trends. + Support patients with chronic conditions like diabetes through evidence-based interventions. **What We’re Looking For:** + **Registered Dietitian (CDR certified)** with 3–5 years of experience. + Strong background in **diabetes management** and **lifestyle behavior change** . + **Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)** + Skilled in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and clinical communication. + A compassionate, culturally aware professional who thrives in collaborative care settings. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of a mission-driven team focused on whole-person care. + Access ongoing professional development and licensure support. + Make a meaningful impact on individuals and communities through nutrition. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $46,597.00 - $101,228.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
