Responsible for the planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation, and administration of all components of outreach health and wellness programming.

    

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

 

Minimally BSN; MSN/APN preferred. Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Indiana. ACLS/PALS preferred BLS/CPR required. Additional certifications a positive. TB certification preferred Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred Health Coaching and Nutrition Certification/Experience, preferred
