**Job Title: Header Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Header Welder to join our team. The role involves performing a Class A Weld Test, which includes a 2G Carbon Steel Tig root flux core fill and cap. Successful completion of this test, verified by X-ray, will lead to hiring. The position requires welding various types of metal, including Carbon and Stainless Steel, and involves working with components such as tubes, plates, pipes, and general structural steel using both MIG and TIG welding machines. Maintaining proper weld certifications and conducting pressure tests on units are also key responsibilities. **Responsibilities** + Perform Class A Weld Test and ensure successful X-ray verification. + Weld Carbon and Stainless Steel components including tube to plate, plate to plate, pipe to plate, and general structural steel. + Utilize both MIG and TIG welding machines effectively. + Maintain and update proper weld certifications as required. + Conduct pressure tests on welded units to ensure quality and safety standards. **Essential Skills** + Prior welding experience is required. + Strong knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Experience with welding carbon steel and stainless-steel materials. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a fast-paced and growing company that values skill development and offers opportunities for advancement. There is potential for very occasional work on Friday nights from 1 pm to 6 pm. The environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to varying conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
