Job ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of the Oncology business, including:Sales & Marketing Leadership:
Drive topline growth and market share expansion across oncology brands.
Ensure robust P&L management and achievement of bottom-line objectives.Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies.
Lead life cycle management of oncology products with a customer-centric approach.Product Launch & Business Setup:
Spearhead new product launches and establish new business verticals within oncology.
Collaborate with global teams to indigenize and implement international strategies.Scientific Engagement & Market Development:
Leverage scientific background to engage with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
Drive biosimilar strategy and execution in alignment with the evolving Indian landscape.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with regulatory, medical affairs, supply chain, and business development teams to ensure timely product availability and compliance.Team Development & Leadership:
Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
