The Head of Trade Marketing is accountable that activation campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base, is in charge of the creating and driving the activation vision and defines best in class execution at the Point of Buying.

How you will contribute

Strategy: Create & lead the shopper activation strategy and vision cross- category and across the customer baseCampaign Management: Develop and execute national and customer specific trade marketing plans across the Point of Buying, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and excellence in executionTeam Leadership: Lead and develop highly engaged team of 9 Activation Managers and ExpertsMarket & Shopper Analysis: Understand key drivers of purchase and initiate market and competitive analysis to identify trends & conclude actionsCross- Functional Leadership: Influence across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to align shopper activation plans with broader business prioritiesAgency Management: Strong relationship & network management to external partners and agenciesPerformance Analytics: Lead and develop post program analysis and return of investment assessment for all trade activitiesBudget Ownership: Own Trade A&C Budget

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

University Degree in a related field required, e.g. sales, marketing8+ years professional experience in commercial FMCG rolesStrong understanding of FMCG marketStrong leadership and influencing skills requiredGerman and English proficiency mandatoryExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial acumen, creativity and analytical strengths required
