With over 35 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the reliable production and distribution of high-quality devices for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care—reaching patients in approximately 150 countries. The team oversees the full supply chain from manufacturing to delivery, focusing on operational excellence, product availability, and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of patients and healthcare providers. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide! We are looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead all local supply chain and logistics operations in the Prague area. Working within the Medical Devices / Pharmaceuticals sector, you will oversee Warehouse Management, Transportation, Demand Planning, Inventory, and Clinic Replenishment. You will drive operational excellence, cost optimisation, compliance, and team development while managing 3PL partners, key supply chain KPIs, and local/global improvement projects. The role also includes full ownership of the logistics budget, leadership of the S&OP process, and ensuring strict adherence to GDP, Quality, and OH&S standards.
