Ready to get started? **Main Responsibilities:** **Functional Strategy Support:** + Support I&I (including Immunology and Inflammation, T1D and Transplant) therapeutic area and Large Molecules Research platform leaders in shaping functional strategies aligned with the overarching Research and R-D-C franchise strategy. Ensure transparency and alignment across the respective Research and Research platform. Clearly communicate the functional strategy to stakeholders. + Drive strategic initiatives as requested by supporting global functional leaders. + Lead preparation for Sanofi governance reviews (e.g., PSW, Scientific Committee of the Board, Board of Directors, functional scientific reviews). **Pipeline Sustainability:** + Partner with I&I therapeutic area and Large Molecules platform heads to implement the pipeline sustainability plan. + Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure long-term viability of the pipeline. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sustainability efforts with broader franchise goals. **Partnership with Functional Leaders:** + Serve as a strategic partner to I&I Research and Large Molecules Research platform leaders, being part of the functional leadership teams.
