**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Enablement – APAC to drive sales excellence and effectiveness across Uber Eats’ APAC sales organisation. This role is pivotal in aligning regional go-to-market priorities with global enablement initiatives, ensuring our teams are equipped with the right tools, content, training, and coaching to consistently win in the market.
You will work closely with regional sales leadership and global partners to design and deliver scalable enablement programmes that improve productivity, accelerate ramp, and support sustainable growth across APAC.
**Your impact in role:**
- **Regional Enablement Strategy:** Localise and execute global enablement strategies tailored to APAC market needs, in close partnership with regional sales leadership.
- **Team Leadership:** Lead and develop a team of enablement specialists across APAC, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
- **Program Execution:** Design, launch, and manage onboarding, continuous learning, and readiness programmes for Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and other customer-facing roles.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, HR, Commercial Leadership, and Global Enablement to deliver scalable, high-impact programmes.
- **Field Enablement & Measurement:** Act as a trusted partner to the field by providing just-in-time enablement and coaching, while tracking key metrics such as ramp time, productivity, and programme adoption.
**What You’ll Need:**
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales, or go-to-market strategy within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of the APAC sales landscape, including cultural nuances and regional go-to-market challenges.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams across geographies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A data-driven, strategic mindset with a bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity.
