Head of Research Marketing - Executive Director

In this role, you will:

Organize the equity research morning meetings, review and drive research content across sectors, coordinate intra-day break-ins, with the goal of monetizing and developing Research’s internal and external client franchise.

Responsibilities:

Strategically oversee the equity research product pipeline, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.Review research output and collaborate with Analysts to enhance commercial impact, proactively identify market trends, originate distinctive reports, disseminate best practices, and manage the pre-production process for both tactical and major reports.Evaluate product metrics to inform ongoing improvements.Engage regularly with Sales and Trading teams to ensure effective communication and support.Work closely with Strategists and Economists to integrate cross-functional insights.Coordinate with the Control Group, Supervisory Analyst, and Production team to address operational matters as they arise.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Securities Research experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of management or leadership experience

A BS/BA or higher6+ years capital markets experience (Buy/Sell-Side, Sales & Trading, or IB)Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsStrong writing skills and attention to detailStrong, clear and concise written and oral communication skillsSkilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with large data setsSelf-motivated problem solver

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$215,000.00 - $355,000.00
