About the Role:

What You’ll Do: 

Oversee a $2B portfolio, ensuring robust performance and sustainable growth in a dynamic, highly regulated environment. Lead and inspire a team of ~300 professionals—including seasoned leaders and technical experts—distributed across 5 states. Navigate and influence within a sophisticated matrix organization, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. Set vision and strategy for a large-scale operation, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive growth and profitability across our Property & Casualty lines Achieve ambitious growth and profit targets Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners Champion technical excellence and creative underwriting Implement market initiatives and expand Chubb’s presence 
 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

Proven track record in managing large, complex portfolios and leading sizable, geographically dispersed teams. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder interests. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Advanced expertise in underwriting, risk management, and people leadership Creative negotiation skills and experience developing new insurance products
