**SGREExternal Careers Website** **Title:** Head of Project Controlling US Offshore **Location:** Orlando, FL **Position Overview:** Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, LLC is seeking a Head of Project Controlling US Offshore (Orlando, FL) responsible for development and management of the US Offshore Project Controlling team to meet growing business demand. Ensure adherence to standards in the preparation of project forecasts and in the accounting of project financials across the portfolio. Governance role for internal controls. Analyzing bottom-up forecasts submitted by project teams to assess need for corrections and identify sensitivities and risks. Prepare and present consolidated forecast for US offshore portfolio on monthly basis and provide insight to senior management as a basis for decision-making and risk management. Prepare and present consolidated budget for US offshore portfolio on an annual basis by providing in-depth analysis of drivers and sensitivities as basis for decision-making and risk management. Prepare monthly regional unit reporting. Liquidity Planning. Support ad-hoc requests from regional unit and global headquarters. Key contact for audit deliverables. Drive improvements across IT applications and forecasting processes. Currency risk management. 25-35% domestic/international travel required. **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 7 years of experience. Will accept a Master’s degree and 5 years of experience. Experience must involve 5 years in: offshore wind project execution accounting and controlling; SAP S/4 Hana experience; project accounting according to percentage of completion method; consolidation; Excel including pivot, formulas, financial modelling; presentation skills; foreign currency management, hedging; leadership; variance analysis; and preparing forecasts on profit & loss, and balance sheet for individual projects and portfolio level. 25-35% domestic/international travel required.
