**Shape strategy, teams, and sustainable growth across the Nordic Mid‑Market ERP portfolio**
**Role summary**
As Head of Nordic Mid‑Market ERP, you will build and lead a new Nordic business unit providing a standardized SAP Cloud ERP offering exclusively for mid‑market customers. You hold end‑to‑end responsibility for the business – commercial, delivery and organizational – and are expected to act as a visible leader both internally and externally.
You will be a member of the Nordic Leadership Team, represent the offering on stage and in customer forums, and act as the primary executive representative in steering committees.
**Key responsibilities**
+ Own the P&L and topline growth of Nordic Mid‑Market ERP
+ Build, lead and develop the Nordic core team (Sales, Presales, Solution Architecture, Project Management, Customer Success)
+ Define and continuously optimize:
+ Delivery model
+ Customer journeys
+ Commercial and subscription models
+ Act as executive sponsor towards customers and partners
+ Be the primary steering committee representative, replacing traditional enterprise roles where relevant
+ Drive go‑to‑market activities in close collaboration with SAP and advisory partners
+ Act as a sales‑oriented leader who can confidently present, pitch and position the offering externally
**What success looks like**
+ A scalable, predictable mid‑market ERP unit with high deal velocity
+ Clear differentiation between standardized mid‑market delivery and customized enterprise delivery
+ Strong market presence and executive credibility toward customers and partners
+ A leadership team that operates with clarity, speed and accountability
**Experience & profile**
+ Add “commercial background and/or P&L responsibility”
+ Senior leadership background in ERP services
+ Deep understanding of ERP delivery and transformation programs
+ Proven ability to build and scale a business, not just manage one
+ Comfortable “on stage” and in customer‑facing executive roles
+ Natural authority and credibility; a leader with weight and seriousness
