Role summary
As Head of Nordic Mid‑Market ERP, you will build and lead a new Nordic business unit providing a standardized SAP Cloud ERP offering exclusively for mid‑market customers. You hold end‑to‑end responsibility for the business – commercial, delivery and organizational – and are expected to act as a visible leader both internally and externally.
You will be a member of the Nordic Leadership Team, represent the offering on stage and in customer forums, and act as the primary executive representative in steering committees.
Key responsibilities
Own the P&L and topline growth of Nordic Mid‑Market ERPBuild, lead and develop the Nordic core team (Sales, Presales, Solution Architecture, Project Management, Customer Success)Define and continuously optimize:Delivery modelCustomer journeysCommercial and subscription modelsAct as executive sponsor towards customers and partnersBe the primary steering committee representative, replacing traditional enterprise roles where relevantDrive go‑to‑market activities in close collaboration with SAP and advisory partnersAct as a sales‑oriented leader who can confidently present, pitch and position the offering externally

Experience & profile
Add “commercial background and/or P&L responsibility”Senior leadership background in ERP servicesDeep understanding of ERP delivery and transformation programsProven ability to build and scale a business, not just manage oneComfortable “on stage” and in customer‑facing executive rolesNatural authority and credibility; a leader with weight and seriousness
