**About the Role:**
The Head of Meta Asset Management (AM) is a new role in the Americas PM business. This leadership position leads the strategic and operational oversight of Meta’s AM function across their global portfolio and is responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, ensuring consistent delivery of asset management services to the client. Key responsibilities include supervision and development of staff, and ensuring alignment to client expectations across various other teams within PM and Enterprise FM. The position requires close collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet client expectations, optimize tenant satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence.
The Head of Meta AM will lead asset planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring, while championing process improvements and standardization to achieve Meta’s agreed KPIs. Acting as a liaison between property and facilities operations and Meta, this role ensures seamless execution of leasing strategies, contract management, and tenant experience initiatives. Success in this position demands strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to influence change across our organization.
**What You'll Do** :
**Leadership & Team Management**
+ Build a team and provide formal supervision to the Meta team to drive consistent performance.
+ Monitor training and development of staff; set KPIs and conduct performance evaluations and coaching, driving for consistent, high-caliber performance.
+ Oversee recruiting and hiring of new Meta AM employees.
+ Lead by example and model behavior consistent with CBRE RISE values.
**Client & Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Act on behalf of the owner with leasing brokers.
+ Lead tenant-centric initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction.
+ Review tenant feedback and develop response plans to improve satisfaction.
+ Solicit feedback on property manager experiences and partner with the Meta PM leadership to implement changes.
**Operational Oversight**
+ Work closely with the Head of the Meta Enterprise account to ensure client expectations and directives are met.
+ Ensure team onboarding and offboarding is completed effectively and with limited impact on performance.
**Process Improvement & Standards**
+ Set quality control measures and standardize processes to deliver world-class tenant experiences and achieve KPIs.
+ Champion change by improving existing methods, processes, and standards.
+ Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems.
+ Lead communication of best practices, policies, and initiatives.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Collaborate with internal CBRE PM departments, specifically, Property Operations, Property Management Accounting, Leasing, and Enterprise Facilities Management.
+ Meta Outline AM Scope
+ Ensure the performance of the Meta AM team delivers in all areas of the agreed Meta outline AM scope.

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-12+ years of relevant asset management and leadership experience.
+ Extensive experience of both Property Management and Asset Management functions within the investor sector.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, training and development, coaching and mentoring, and performance measuring and reviews with focus on retention is preferred.
+ Experience using Yardi including Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting.
+ Familiarity with key lease terms and interpretations of OPEX / cap language.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Extensive organizational skills, ability to multi-task and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Ability to focus on details, create process and procedures and follow though until tasks are completed.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function within a matrix organizational structure.
+ Very strong influencing experience and skills.
+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
+ Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $270,000 annually and the maximum salary is $290,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
