Head of Indonesia The Head of Indonesia is accountable for driving the execution of critical initiatives and leading the full profit and loss across all solution lines and business operations in Indonesia, excluding Reinsurance. This role is tasked with formulating and implementing business strategies, setting and achieving financial and operational targets, and ensuring excellence in execution. The CEO provides leadership and mentorship for Commercial Risk and Health solution lines, consistently promoting a ‘good to great’ Aon United growth mindset. This leader ensures that global and regional objectives are met while tailoring approaches to the Indonesian market and develops a culture of high performance throughout the organization. What the day will look like Develop and implement Indonesia’s business growth and operational strategy, ensuring alignment with Aon's global and regional priorities Set, drive, and communicate growth and financial goals, maintaining operational excellence and compliance with both local and global standards Own the Aon Indonesia portfolio—including Commercial Risk and Health Solutions—to deliver innovation, sustained growth, and client satisfaction Act as Aon’s principal local representative, championing the firm’s value proposition, business philosophy, capabilities, and core values Manage and expand the client portfolio, actively promoting client retention and securing new business opportunities in Indonesia Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, championing a culture of inclusion, collaboration (Aon United), accountability, and professional growth Work closely with regional leadership and Solution Line teams to define objectives and implement strategies supporting short- and long-term business goals Review performance metrics regularly, taking corrective action to achieve business objectives if targets are not met Advise the people agenda—including employer branding, talent acquisition, colleague engagement, retention, training, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations Encourage staff engagement in local organizations and represent Aon in relevant professional and business associations Ensure a positive and productive colleague experience across Aon Indonesia Skills and experience that will lead to success Adopts a "One-Firm" and growth mindset, exemplifying "Good to Great" behaviors Exhibits strong leadership resolve Guided by core values in decision-making and actions Proactively seeks and drives innovation Maintains a customer-focused approach to growth Leads in an inclusive and inspirational manner Passionate about bringing together complementary teams around a shared vision How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
