What will you do? You will…

Inspire, engage, and lead a cultural transformation toward a proactive, empowered HSE culture across all levels of our plantCreate and deliver training and awareness programs that spark action and ownership in safety, environmental responsibility, and energy efficiencyLead initiatives to drive Zero Accidents — protecting the wellbeing of every person on siteAnalyze incidents with a strong focus on learning and prevention, driving meaningful root cause analyses and lasting improvementsShape the design and implementation of safe and sustainable solutions for new processes and projectsDevelop and lead initiatives to significantly reduce our environmental footprint, including waste, water use, and emissionsChampion energy efficiency projects that contribute to our journey toward carbon neutralityContinuously improve our HSE management system, ensuring transparency and excellence in reporting and complianceBuild a network of best practices and foster knowledge-sharing across teams and the wider organizationBe a visible, trusted, and approachable HSE leader, helping to create a workplace where every person feels empowered to make a difference

What will you bring?

Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving cultural and organizational changeSeveral years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial settingCompleted certifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, and Energy Management (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DNREC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)Excellent knowledge of HSE legal requirements and best practicesStrong analytical mindset with experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvementExcellent communication skills in German and EnglishA true passion for making a difference — for our people, our planet, and the future of our business
