Decisivelytaking actions to address performance or discipline issues + Manage the financial aspects of the business such as absorption,utilization, revenue, non-conformance cost, CapEx and OpEx + Incorporate digital solutions within all areas of thebusiness **What You Bring** + Successfully completed degree in MechanicalEngineering, Industrial Engineering or similar + 5 or more years of demonstrated leadership in overseeing machining andassembly operations + 5 or more years of intercultural teams’ managementexperience + Proven Lean Manufacturing implementation experience,certification in Lean is an advantage + Strong communication skills to different levels of theorganization + Commitment to Safety as the strongest value in yourteam + Experience in driving continuous improvement activitiesand track record of delivering operational performance improvement,particularly in areas of OTD, quality and cost **About the Team** **Transformationof Industry** Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
