Role Purpose:
The Head of Digital & Partnerships has the rare opportunity to build a long-lasting relationship with our top partners. Working closely with Regional and Local counterpart for the smooth running of our multi-layered relationships with stakeholders and the main goal of this role is to develop win-win partnerships and maximize the revenue from Chubb’s Digital & Partnerships in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategy and P&L Responsibilities: Fully responsible for all financial targets relating to Digital Distribution Channel & Partnerships
Financial PlanningBusiness Planning (Strategic Action Plan, Operating Plan)Collaborate with Lines of Business (Consumers and P&C) to develop Digital Partnerships and achieve all financial targetsBuild Digital team in Vietnam2.Multi-line Digital & Partnerships:
2.1 Build Digital & Partnerships Pipeline
Initiating Marketing activities to build pipeline partnership.Collaborating with Regional office especially Regional Head of Digital and Regional Head of Partnership Distribution for marketing activitiesBeing the contact point for new partnership from Regional Office2.2 Develop Partnership
Building the relationship with Partners.Accountable for achieving defined target objectives in respect of sales and profit, cost and operational efficiency, market penetration and business growth in alignment with the company directionDrive strategy, planning and execution of new business initiatives, including differentiated products, services and customer segmentation, to leverage on third party intermediary partnership distribution capabilitiesFacilitate channel specific sales and marketing support, operations and services delivery capabilitiesAcquire new partnership relationships and work closely with external stakeholders including business partners, banks, brokers to achieve mutual benefits and profitable goalsEstablish a close and effective working relationship with the regional team, local team and direct reports, to foster an outstanding business culture that thrives on dynamic growthStrong focus on expanding Digital partner pipeline, including Digitally led distribution partnerships.Work with Consumer Lines and P&C teams to establish best practices and compelling pitch/market communication materials for:Digital distributionNew Business opportunity generationPartnership Maximization strategiesDirect Marketing and Bancassurance – particularly though not exclusively with digital touchpointsParticipate in development of a long-term and short-term plans to realize the ambitions set out in the Partnership Agreement.Organize a number of workshops and facilitate discussions between Chubb and the partner to implement and/or further refine the current product roadmaps, co-create product & service propositions, define customer experience across the value chain.Develop a plan to maintain current business while also delivering on the growth expectations, scoping and scaling where, when and how for the next growth strategy.Shape a mutually beneficial long-term strategic vision for each key partnership while also defining, launching and managing strategic initiatives across each relationship.Manage and impart information cross-functionally to implement operational strategies and processes to enhance the customer/partner experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships/Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market, Finance, etc.) to identify opportunities, create successful sales strategies and compelling, relevant solutions for customers.Ensure all internal and external compliance requirements are adhered to with respects the management of people and in the provision of information, products and services to customers.2.3 Partner Portfolio management
Ensure key Digital & Partnerships 1) have a growth plan in place, defining product roadmap, marketing campaigns, OKR/KPIs and other items as needed; and 2) are closely monitored for performance2.4 Revenue Growth
Work together with Partner, Business Development teams, Regional Digital Team and Regional Partnership Team, Product Line Managers, Data Analysts, Technology, Operations and Claims colleagues to drive revenue growth, with clear strategies for new products and existing proposition optimization. Your final KPI is revenue and profitability from the partners you manage.Supervise Business Development and Growth Manager(s) to develop trusted relationships with Digital Partners teams to drive partnership strategy, manage relationship and support the implementation of growth plans. Stay on top of forecast and track key account management metrics, such as quarterly sales targets2.5 Digital/ Product Concept Development
Keep up to date with major developments related to products offered and significant changes in the insurance market.Driving development of Digital Product Ideas listing and discuss potential for Digital product development with LOB on regular basisDevelop sales & marketing plan for all new Digital Products that have been developed.2.6 Knowledge sharing, upscaling the organization
Help to institutionalize knowledge from different Partnerships across the organization, being known as the “go-to” person for best practices across Digital Partnership Account Management and Growth.The role works closely with Product Line Managers, Data Analysts, Digital Marketing & Growth, Operations, Technology, Claims teams, and Regional Account Managers.3.People Management:
Provide exceptional leadership standards to attract, manage, retain and develop talent within the Chubb team.4.Other tasks:

At least 10 years of experience in:
Partnership/ Sales management, Business development, or Consulting; or
Digital or Data Partnerships, especially where system integration is required; or
Insurance
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team.
Experience in relationship building and in dealing directly with senior executives across a range of different industries, particularly financial services. Proven ability for accuracy and attention to details.
Management experience, including leading a team and managing budgets.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of business, operating and financial models.

A track record of success in establishing, developing and enhancing long term relationships with corporate partners.Excellent organizer and responsive, with attention to detail.Knowledge and experience working in digital transformation of Banking industry are preferred.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economic / Trading / Banking / Business Management/ Digital or related fields. MBA is preferable.
Languages:
Effective verbal and written communications in Vietnamese and English.
