Head of Digital & E-Commerce

Join us launching the next chapter of our digital journey—a brand-driven B2C e-commerce platform. As Head of Digital & E-Commerce, you will lead the development of our digital platform and dynamic team. You’ll drive strategy and hands-on execution, shaping digital experiences that inspire end consumers, architects and dealers. You’ll report to our CMO, and work closely with brand, marketing, and IT teams to deliver on our digital principles: work smart, create engaging customer experiences, and build lasting partnerships.

Your responsibilities

Lead and develop the digital team of Digital Product Owner, UX Web Specialist and Digital Operations Coordinator

Own the future initiative of B2C e-commerce launch: develop strategy, brand experience across customer journey, global roll-out roadmap, and organizational setup

Grow muuto.com as key channel to experience brand, translating brand values to a digital experience that inspires our target groups

Oversee and evolve our digital architecture together with team (CMS, DAM, B2B partner-platform, e-commerce), ensuring scalability & user friendliness

Use data and analytics to improve customer experience, drive optimization and support the business

Collaborate with external tech and design partners to deliver impactful projects and initiatives

Knowledge sharing across organization and close sparring with Muuto management on the development of online and digital initiatives

Your profile

Holistic digital understanding and e-commerce experience from a lifestyle brand facing both B2B and B2C

Understanding of digital architecture (CMS, PIM, DAM, E-commerce, analytical tools), paired with a relevant educational background (e.g. cand.merc IT)

Experience in driving large digital projects from ideation to implementation, managing internal & external stakeholders along the way

Strategic mindset paired with hands-on approach: set the direction and prioritize with a can-do attitude that solves problems.

Experienced team-player that loves to make things happen working cross-functionally

Business acumen to translate commercial goals to digital solutions, how the digital landscape provides value to Muuto and our partners

Analytical mindset – use data in a structured way to inform decisions

Curious and innovative, eager to learn and share knowledge. Use new development in AI and automation as opportunities.

Understands the value of building a strong brand, with an eye for lifestyle aesthetics
