Job Description
You will lead the Maintenance organization to ensure safe, dependable, and cost-effective operation of manufacturing equipment. This role partners closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to maximize equipment uptime, support capacity growth, and drive continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Maintenance team to ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and safety. Improve OEE, yield, and reduce abnormal lots (ABL)Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and production loss.Partner with cross-functional teams to support capacity ramp-up, new equipment introduction, and factory expansion.Own maintenance budget, spare parts strategy, and cost optimization initiatives.Establish and monitor KPIs related to equipment performance, manpower productivity, and operational excellence.Promote continuous improvement, automation, and best practices aligned with manufacturing and business goals.Qualifications
Must Have
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related).Solid experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing maintenance.Proven leadership experience managing engineers, technicians, and contractors.Strong understanding of equipment reliability, TPM, and maintenance best practices.Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsGood To Have
Exposure to automation, smart manufacturing, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or Industry 4.0 initiatives.Budget ownership and cost control experience.Familiarity with compliance, safety, and audit requirements.Exposure to Failure Analysis (FA) will be added advantage.Additional Information
