Key Challenges

You will thrive in a dynamic environment where you:

Drive Commercial Finance Strategy – Lead the planning cycle and P&L optimization to ensure the affiliate consistently meets profitability targets while balancing short-term wins with long-term value creation

Master Complex Deal Architecture – Own end-to-end tender management, develop competitive commercial agreements, and structure pricing strategies that maximize profitability while meeting client and market needs

Become a Strategic Business Partner – Transform financial data into actionable insights through sophisticated dashboards and analytics; partner across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory to align commercial objectives and drive business growth

Lead Organizational Capability – Build and coach a high-performing team using the VACC framework (Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst); set clear expectations, develop leadership skills, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation

Optimize for Efficiency & Insight – Identify industry trends, uncover business opportunities and risks, champion process improvements, and stimulate an environment where smart experimentation and rapid iteration drive competitive advantage

Financial Governance Excellence – A proven track record of ensuring robust financial controls and established credibility within both internal and external financial communities

Leadership Presence & Maturity – Demonstrated experience leading teams and projects in matrix or agile organizations; you excel at defining milestones, setting clear expectations, and delivering results. You embody Integrity, Courage & Passion and lead with the VACC mindset – being visionary about possibilities, architecting solutions, coaching others to succeed, and catalyzing change
