The head of Commercial support will focus on managing and leading a team that provides support to the commercial function, ensuring smooth operations, and maximizing sales performance.
This role involves establishing processes, managing resources, and providing guidance to the support team to achieve company objectives.
The role will support CCO in Commercial strategy, business planning and target forecasting.
**Key responsibility :**
+ Develop Sales and Marketing process Manuals in coordination with all stakeholder
+ Contributing to the development of sales strategies and plans, and implementing them within the sales support function.
+ Monitoring sales activities, analyzing data, and providing reports to identify areas for improvement.
+ Develop Sales and marketing authority matrix and liaise with local and global stakeholders
+ Serving as a liaison between the sales team, support team, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
+ Developing and optimizing sales support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Develop sales forecasting and outcomes in coordination with the other commercial heads
+ Manage sales support team and ensure compliance with the organization policies and procedures
**Qualifications :**
+ min 10 years of experience
+ Managerial exposure ( 5 years )
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., MIS, business, marketing) / Master is a plus
+ Excellent communication both in English and Arabic
**Skills :**
+ Strong leadership and management skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
+ Knowledge of sales processes and tools
+ Experience in developing Sales strategies and target setting
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
