 To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head of Business Excellence, Strategy & Operations

Area Core Responsibilities

●    Strategic Stewardship: Lead the end-to-end strategic and operational planning, ensuring seamless synchronization between Brazil’s execution and global/regional mandates.
●    Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central integrator across areas, especially Commercial, Medical, and Access functions to prioritize resources, boost growth opportunities, optimize investment, and track mission-critical KPIs/OKRs.
●    Omnichannel: Lead the evolution of our omnichannel engagement strategy, leveraging integrated customer insights to deliver seamless, personalized experiences that strengthen stakeholder impact, accelerate business results and foster impact.
●    Leadership Advisory & Strategic Communications: Set the strategic direction and governance for the Business Planning rhythm and shaping enterprise ready strategic narratives across key reviews, leadership forums, and internal communication channels.
●    Executive Governance: Design and oversee decision-making frameworks that empower the Leadership Team with data-driven insights, growth projects, while upholding the highest ethical and Good Practices standards.
●    Operational Transformation: Drive culture of continuous improvement, simplifying complex processes and leveraging automation to enhance organizational performance and accountability.
●    Patient Support & Information Services: Provide executive leadership to integrate and govern these functions, ensuring a compliant, patient centric model that elevates stakeholder experience and strengthens impact across the patient journey.
●    Facilities & Workplace Experience: Ensure a safe, efficient, and future ready workplace environment by setting strategic direction for facilities operations, infrastructure reliability, and employee experience, enabling seamless day to day performance across the organization.

Qualifications

●    Executive Presence: Proven track record in Strategic Planning and OpEx leadership within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector. 
●    Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to navigate complex organizational structures and translate data into actionable business strategies. 
●    Business Acumen: Strong ability to understand market dynamics, financial drivers, and organizational levers to accelerate business and process evolution. 
●    Collaboration Driver: Demonstrated capability to foster cross functional alignment, influence without authority, and build trusted partnerships across the organization. 
●    Culture, Values & Ethics: Strong commitment to upholding organizational values, ethical standards, and a culture of integrity in all decisions and interactions. 
●    Human Leadership: Inspirational people leader who role models’ empathy, inclusion, empowerment, and talent development. 
●    Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent executive education is highly preferred. 
●    Language: Native level fluency in English is essential for global integration. 
●    Location: Based in São Paulo – SP.
