Temp-to-Hire position$16.50 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)Review and process housing applications, verifying eligibility and documentationCalculate rent portions, utilities, and housing assistance paymentsMaintain accurate records and manage program waiting listsCommunicate with participants and landlords regarding program rules and updatesSupport daily operations for HCV and PBV housing programsHCV Processor Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience with HCV/Section 8 or PBV programs preferredKnowledge of HUD HQS inspections preferredExperience in processing applications and determining eligibility is preferredStrong math skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability requiredExcellent communication and customer service skills requiredProficient with Microsoft Office required; Section 8 software preferredComfortable learning new computer systems and managing electronic records requiredAble to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment is requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
