**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** Job Description + Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. + Troubleshoot and service HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance through testing and data analysis. + Demonstrate a strong understanding of control operations and sequences for commercial HVAC systems. + Utilize a broad range of trade skills—including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC—to resolve maintenance issues. + Conduct minor repairs in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed. + Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members through clear and professional communication. + Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency service needs. Essential Skills + Minimum of 5 years of HVAC and general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. + Certified two-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license. + Hands-on experience with industrial and commercial HVAC systems and equipment. + Valid driver's license. + EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification. Work Environment This is a mobile HVAC Technician role, providing a company van, phone, tools, and a gas card. Choose from two available schedules: 5 am-1 pm or 12:00 pm-8:30 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
