Summary

Join our team as a Hatchery Associate on the 3rd Shift! We’re looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Hatchery Associate, you'll assist with daily hatchery operations, egg handling, chick care, and facility maintenance to ensure efficent production of healthy chicks.

The regular schedules for 3rd shift for Hatchery Associate are as followed:
Sunday/Monday Night & Wednesday/Thursday Night 6:00pm to 4:30am

When in a hatchery environment:

Must work around dander, feathers, feed, and beddingBe in direct contact with live, young poultryExposure to intense cleaning and disinfectionMust work in wet surfaces used for easy cleaning create a high risk of slips, trips, and fallsIncubator rooms and wash rooms can have high temperatures and humidityConstant operation of fans, ventilation systems, and machinery can lead to noise exposureRepeitive motions tasks involving fast hand and wrist movementsHandling heavy trays of eggs, bags of feed, or full chick boxes, often requiring bending or awkward positions, contributes
