Developing and testing next-generation industrial control products, including Programmable Logic Controllers and communication devices. Working with electronic prototypes, performing board-level analysis, troubleshooting, and PCBA rework to ensure product quality and reliability. Collaborating with the development team to scope and execute product compliance testing aligned with industry-critical requirements set by CE, UL, MRR, and TUV. Collaborate on an agile team to design and develop new industrial automation products, including overall architecture and hardware verification.  Program, analyze, and troubleshoot electronic hardware prototypes.  Construct and configure test beds based on defined test requirements.  Execute product qualification testing and support regulatory compliance efforts by preparing product design documentation and test reports. Build relationships across teams to deepen understanding of the product development lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications • Strong electronic hardware troubleshooting skills using hardware test equipment, such as debuggers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers •Ability to perform board level rework and modifications for Surface Mount
