Hard Services Site Lead Job ID 225201 Posted 19-Jun-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Dublin - Dublin - Ireland **Core responsibilities:** + Scheduling of PPM + Monitoring of PPM’s to ensure on time completion on CAFM system + Maintaining holiday roster + Monitoring of reactive tickets to ensure correct allocation and completion on CAFM system + Carry out performance reviews and goal setting + Follow up with contractors for quotes and remedials + Aid in recruitment of technicians when required + Be the first point of contact for all M & E and fabric related client queries on site + Ensure all daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports are completed and circulated to all relevant parties. + Provision of critical environment working documentation in line with client requirements for any work deemed to be completed in a critical working environment **QHSE** + Proactively lead the QHSE programme and ensure the target of zero accidents is achieved + Deliver Toolbox talks and encourage a culture of QHSE compliance + Carryout risk assessments of self-delivered tasks in conjunction with QHSE + Review contractor RAMS + Maintain adherence to up to date QHSE legislation and CBRE/client procedures including Elogbooks + Ensure vehicle inspections carried out as required + Ensure appropriate permits are completed for all tasks where applicable, both self delivered and subcontracted + Ensure all accidents and near misses are recorded on the appropriate QHSE systems both CBRE GWS and client, where required + Provide support to FM in completion of Elogbooks where required **Training** + Identify skill gaps and training opportunities to upskill the team. + Ensure all minimum training requirements are up to date in conjunction with QHSE **Finance** + Oversight of spending to ensure budgets are not exceeded including approval of reactive spend PO’s + Aid in the preparation of annual Maintenance budget submission for approval + Aid in the preparation of Capital expenditure budgets for asset lifecycle replacement (Lead this process for Fabric related CAPEX requests) + Work with local contract support function to ensure all maintenance, extra works and projects work billing is up to date on a weekly basis **Miscellaneous** + Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and/or replaced as required + Ensure PPE is available and used correctly as required + Provide both ad hoc and weekly updates to client as required + Co-ordinate with Projects team and provide support as needed + Carry out site walks and aid in compiling snag lists for projects + Oversee self-delivered small projects and reactive works as required + Act as electrical expert on mechanical and electrical related issues. + Be included in the out of hours escalation list to provide back up if required for out of hours reactive team. + Other ad hoc duties to meet business demands **Specification** + Trade qualified Electrician or Mechanical technician + Must be client focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Have experience in completing and operating to method statements, risk assessments, Safe Plans of Actions and Permits associated with their work activities + Have completed H&S training + Ability to work on own initiative + Ability to work to tight deadlines where required + Flexibility to work outside normal hours if required + Ability to complete paper work and reports to high standards + Enthusiastic approach to work + Neat appearance and manner + Ability to work professionally within client premises + IT literacy an advantage, Word, Excel, Microsoft Office CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
