**About the Role:**
The Handyman is responsible for performing a variety of repairs, maintenance, and construction tasks to ensure the upkeep of CBRE properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs to building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
+ Respond to service requests from tenants and building management
+ Perform minor construction tasks, such as painting, flooring installation, and drywall repair
+ Assist with move-in/move-out procedures, including assembling/disassembling furniture and fixtures
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment
+ Assist with special projects, such as renovations and capital improvements
+ Collaborate with vendors and contractors to complete tasks and projects
+ Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

**About you:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
+ NCII Certificate required
+ At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Manufacturing
+ Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment
+ Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
+ Can start ASAP
