1.Ensure our office environment to well-maintained.
•Essential support on-ground for receiving office boxes and other facility-related items.
•Ensure that all delivered office and consumable supplies are properly stored
•Monitor and organize supplies from other departments, like IT and Marketing, and coordinate with Facility Coordinator.
•Assist with setting up the Food/Pantry program by receiving deliveries from the lobby.
Assist with International/domestic shipping receiving/sending/ moving/ disposal boxes
After 3 PM, since there is no janitor in the office, he needs to manage pantry tasks, including trash bin emptying at 5pm, snack refills, and milk container cleaning. These tasks should be taken care of by the after-hours employees to maintain a clean and pleasant work environment.
General Tasks -reception practice
Greet visitors in a professional manner, ensuring they sign in upon arrival and check out when leaving
Ask a Visitors can sign in either electronically via a kiosk or using a logbook
As visitors need to borrow a badge, make sure it's documented and that the badge is returned at the end of their visit
Must be documented -borrow badge for visitor(s) , to be returned at the end of visit day for the loaner hard badge
Once the Envoy system goes live, he'll implement the visitor sticker process, which includes setting up the system, monitoring it, and managing a stabilization period to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
Temporary or other assigned tasks
He should response to the client, RESS OM or other employees about the requested tasks, if cannot decide whether to accept it, He should report to RESS OM/FC immediately
Required Knowledge and Skills:
1-2 years of Facilities relevant experience with the junior level
Computer skills – MS Office (Excel, Word)
Keep learning, flexible with positive service mindset
Male who would like to handle heavy shipment
Can write or speak in English
