**Job Title: Skilled Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking a versatile and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a variety of repair and installation tasks across residential properties, including mobile homes and apartment complexes. You will be responsible for executing high-quality maintenance work, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities + Perform floor repairs and installations, including tiles and carpets. + Install and repair tubs, toilets, vanity cabinets, and storm doors. + Hang cabinets, doors, and trim work. + Conduct plumbing and electrical tasks, such as changing faucets, handles, light bulbs, fixtures, and ceiling fans. + Undertake drywall repairs and installations. + Carry out basic carpentry and woodworking tasks, including framing and finish work. + Perform siding repairs and deck maintenance. + Utilize tools such as impact drivers, saws, crowbars, hammers, tape measures, and screwdrivers. + Ensure reliable and efficient transportation to job sites. Essential Skills + Proven experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry. + Proficiency in using both hand and power tools. + Strong ability to repair and install windows, doors, and hardware. + Experience in facilities maintenance and general labor tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with concrete and tile work. + Familiarity with power washing and cleaning techniques. + Ability to effectively use Salesforce for work order management. Work Environment This role operates within the Grand Rapids and Lakeshore area, servicing apartment complexes and mobile homes. The work schedule is typically from 7:30am to 4:30pm, with potential variations in daily hours. Be prepared for on-call duties during the winter, which offer additional compensation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
