**Job Title: Handload Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Handload Operator to perform Plated Through-Hole (PTH) prepping and handload operations. This role involves prepping PTH parts, loading parts onto PCBA, change-over, processing first articles, and managing the end of kit process. Additionally, you will be responsible for machine daily preventative maintenance and maintaining discipline within a 5S working station. **Responsibilities** + Perform PTH parts prepping. + Load parts onto PCBA manually. + Conduct change-over processes. + Handle first article processes. + Manage end of kit processes. + Perform machine daily preventative maintenance. + Maintain 5S discipline in the working station. **Essential Skills** + Experience with blueprint reading and understanding through hole prep requirements. + Proficiency in using hand tools and small automatic tools such as power screwdrivers and torque wrenches with precision and accuracy. + Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work instructions, and assembly operations. + Understanding of cable/wiring harness diagrams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a HL or Prep Operator Lead in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred. + Attention to detail. + Autonomy and sense of responsibility. + Integrity in technical skills. + Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IPC-610 standards preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values attention to detail, responsibility, and integrity.
