**Job Title: Handload Operator** **Job Description** Perform Plated Through-Hole (PTH) prepping and handload operation tasks with precision and efficiency. This role involves prepping PTH parts, handloading parts onto PCBA, executing change-overs, processing first articles, completing end-of-kit processes, conducting machine daily preventive maintenance, and maintaining 5S discipline in the working station. **Responsibilities** + Perform PTH parts prepping and handload operation. + Execute change-over processes efficiently. + Conduct first article processing and end-of-kit processes. + Perform daily preventive maintenance on machinery. + Ensure 5S discipline and organization in the working station. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools and small automatic tools such as power screwdrivers, cutting pliers, manual screwdrivers, and prep machines. + Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work instructions, and assembly diagrams. + Understanding of cable and wiring harness diagrams. + Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a handload or prep operator lead in an electronics manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail, autonomy, and sense of responsibility. + Integrity in work performance. + ISO 9001 and IPC-610 standards are preferred. **Why Work Here** Join a dynamic and disciplined team that values precision and efficiency.
