Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Hand Packer to join their team. As a Hand Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Hand Packer

Location: JACKSON, Missouri

Pay Range: $15.50

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm 

What's the Job?

Perform various duties on the production lines to ensure smooth operations. Follow safety, quality, and production policies and procedures daily. Assist in tasks such as removing wrap, opening products, and packing items. Rotate through different line staff positions as needed throughout the workday. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency.

What's Needed?

Ability to complete tasks as outlined in the job description. Commitment to following all safety policies and procedures. Able to work weekends and overtime when required. Physical capability to perform various tasks including lifting and bending. Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the production line.
